Hello there

Once you have chosen your treatment, a confirmation email will be sent to you more or less straight away. Might be an idea to look in your email junk folder if you've no joy. Please check the details to ensure your appointment is as you wanted it.

Final Confirmation

You will then receive a further and final reminder via text 24 hours prior to your appointment. Again, please check this as it is your last chance to cancel and avoid a late cancellation charge should you be unable to make your appointment.

If you would like your name added to our cancellation list please call the salon on 07598 346192 or message us on Instagram. Could we ask that you don't use email for the cancellation list as we often don't get a chance to read emails until the end of the day.

In the vast majority of cases you pay for your treatment on the day with cash, card or gift voucher. If you are lucky enough to have someone pay for your treatment prior to your arrival then we can forward a payment link to the person concerned.
